Blue Gums is a property of approximately 300 acres - about 100 cleared and the rest lightly timbered hill country. It is a quiet and private property with a mountain/bush backdrop. The clearings are mainly along the creek flats. Sam's Creek runs through the property and this seasonal creek is not required for cattle as there are three good sized dams which service two very fertile grazing areas. Mains power is available at many great building sites throughout the property. There is a woodland of tall native blue gums along the creek and immediate surrounds. The hill timber is mainly box and stringybark. Firewood and lovely building stone available. Stunning views and lovely outlooks, native orchids and wildflowers, along with some very cute wildlife add to the appeal of life here. Quiet and wonderful neighbours along with a short 5km drive to Tatong and its historic Tavern also add to its appeal.
